FAQ~

1) Do you do postage/ concealed cash/ bank transfer?
Yes, we do banking and postage now! :D
However, concealed cash is also very risky and illegal. Hence, not encouraged.
2) Where did you buy your charms/ materials?
:)
We do not disclose for obvious reasons.
It's like giving away our bread and butter.
If you'd like some items, you can always ask if we do sell them. We do sell certain materials :)
However, we will NEVER sell our charms. We will only add them on to bracelets, or necklaces. So stop asking please, and thank you. :)
3) Do you do customizations?
We have some custom items such as custom rings and custom keychains!
We however, do not do custom bracelets/ necklaces due to lack of material! ): Maybe some time in the future! :)
As for custom bracelets and necklace, we may be able to do it now! Do send us a message to see if we can! :)
But no gurantees!
4) "My item broke!"
It's okay! :) Tell us which part broke/ came off and we''ll try to fix it for you!
Replacement/ repair will be FOC for 5 days from date of collection.
Usually FOC, but depends on extend of "damage" too.
Past 5 days? Email us. We'll get back to you shortly :)
5) "Could you do a remake?"
If the product said no remakes available, then we most probably cant! This is due to the lack of materials we have! So those are unique one-of-a-kind!
But you could always try asking though. We could figure some way out ^^ But don't get your hopes up! :)
6) Why did you disregard my order?
There are several reasons on why we do so.
1) We are unable to contact you via email, facebook, or other forms of messaging platforms. Please give us a proper used email, or facebook account that we can contact you with! We only sms you when we have confirmed a meetup date. If you do not reply our mails within 10 days, we will disregard you order totally.
2) You have been blacklisted before by us. We feel that you are not trustworthy enough, sorry, so we do not want to entertain such again.
7) "I have been blacklisted by other shops (sadly) but i want to buy from you!"
Sure! If you have been blacklisted by other shops, you can still feel free to buy from us. :) But note, we will treat you with extra caution and will not hesitate to blacklist, if you do MIA last minute or others.
For custom made items, it would be payment before collection. That means we have to do 2 meetups. No postage or banking or concealed cash is allowed.
8) Do/Can you guys do/make ... ?
If it is not listed, we do not have it, sorry. But still, you may drop us a message and hey! maybe it'll give us an idea and we'll start making it! :) We'll be sure to thank you (and maybe give a gift?) if you do inspire us to make something new! :D

Once Upon a Time,
[not nearly handmade, but REALLY handmade.]

DIY-Accesories opened on the 9th July 2011 by Aujaye and Jasmine, and joined by Ben in 2012.
This shop with a quirky mis-spelling (kids, do not learn this.), is a hobby-shop created between two friends, Aujaye and Jasmine, on an impulse.
Both loved making stuff, but both also rarely made use of what they made. OTL
Result? DIY-Accesories was created, to allow the rest of the world (Singapore especially) to enjoy their products.
Here at DIY-A, we sell a variety of 100% handmade stuffs. (You can check for our DNA on them! haha )
Specialising in bracelets, we also have a verywide variety of items, ranging from rings to even keychains!
AND we're selling ECO-friendly stuffs too! 8D
We want to spread the love for handmade items (unique and special)! Do support us, yeah? :)

- NO Deadbuyers, Scammers, unreasonable people, spamming, etc.
- We do meetups, postage and banking.
- Payment only in (SGD).
- FOC meetups @:Kovan, Serangoon, more. MORE INFO
- If you're late for 10mins(according to our clock), there'll be a fee of $2.
- After 20 min for meetups, we'll leave & you'd have to pay an additional $5 to get your item.
- If postage and banking is opted, payment first, before we post out your items.
- Photo/SS of the receipt of banking transaction required. No photo = no payment.
- If you opt for normal postage, it is at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any lost of mail.
- Don't spam us with SMSes AND Strictly no calling.(except on meetup day)
- If you want to postpone meetings, tell us at least 5hours in advance.
- The object itself may look different from the pictures due to each computer's own colour settings.
- Please email any queries you have before buying. We won't be responsible if the item differs from what you expect it to be.
- No MIA-ing. Inability to do so w/o valid reason= blacklist.
- Our responsibility ends once we've passed the item to you.
- No refund for all items. Exchange of items can only be within 48 hours of a newly purchased item.[excluding custom made items- MORE INFO]
