Reason:
- She tried to back out and kept changing her meetups.
- And yes, her attitude did factor in, which was basically pompous, bossy and, excuse us, whiny.
Story:
She wanted to buy our Monotonous bracelet, but did not like the guitar charm it came with, asking what charms we had, and that she wanted a peace charm (which we did not have then).
After saying that if we changed the guitar charm to a peace charm, she would buy, we discussed on how to satisfy her request, and ended up custom handmaking a peace charm of our own. The price was then set to $3.00.
Requested venue was SengKang, so there was an additional $1 fee. She wanted us to tap out, meet inside compass point, on the 4th floor outside Valuesave. When we told her we could not, she requested the LRT, which we also could not.
At this point, we knew for sure she did not read the T&C at all, not even browse through. That was still fine as many do not do that.
But, we hope, that customers can remember we are all equal people, mankind.
So after confirming her order, we created the peace charm, the nit picking started.
"the peace bracelet u can make the string smaller"
"Can you take out the white colour string"
"But the string there got one circle thing can you take it off"
"oh forgot to tell u tat u help me to wrap the peace bracelet coz i need to give my sis as a birthday present pls"
The first few were okay, but really, it started to grate on our nerves at the end.
We provide our handmade service to you, and only that please. (...)
More importantly, she now wanted to buy both Monotonous bracelets and wanted a discount.
She claimed finding another blog selling something we sell at a cheaper price, and hence wanted to buy from them. Sorry people, but please read our terms and conditions! your order has already been confirmed. (...)
Are we supposed to give a discount to everyone who asks?
Well, she replies that with a "why not?"
After that, she wanted to buy ANOTHER bracelet but with a different charm. (...)
When wanting to back out and told she will be blacklisted, she replied with "haha. I joking only"
So now (11 Sept 2011) she backs out.
her excuse "i got tuition and school everyday"
think of that before confirming orders pls.

To Jiaying, If you want this down, there's a fee of $10. Why so high? Because i don't like your attitude Sorry, but its the truth.

try to treat people with more respect please.

Once Upon a Time,
[not nearly handmade, but REALLY handmade.]

DIY-Accesories opened on the 9th July 2011 by Aujaye and Jasmine, and joined by Ben in 2012.
This shop with a quirky mis-spelling (kids, do not learn this.), is a hobby-shop created between two friends, Aujaye and Jasmine, on an impulse.
Both loved making stuff, but both also rarely made use of what they made. OTL
Result? DIY-Accesories was created, to allow the rest of the world (Singapore especially) to enjoy their products.
Here at DIY-A, we sell a variety of 100% handmade stuffs. (You can check for our DNA on them! haha )
Specialising in bracelets, we also have a verywide variety of items, ranging from rings to even keychains!
